How does KAIA (chatbot) understand a product’s fit intent (e.g. true to size, loose fit)?

KAIA uses proprietary algorithms to calculate what we call a Fit Delta: a data-driven model of how each item is designed to fit. By analyzing your product data and style details, we determine if an item runs true to size, fits loose, tight, oversized, or anywhere in between. This helps shoppers set the right expectations before they buy.

Can KAIA recommend a size, or is it just for product education?

KAIA does both. It helps educate shoppers on fit, while also providing a personalized size recommendation (powered by the same SAIZ engine used in our standalone Recommender). The required inputs are simple: age, height, weight, and optional avatar preferences. Shoppers get a fast, accurate recommendation in a conversational context.

Does KAIA remember returning users and their preferences?

That depends on the setup: With CRM integration and logged-in users: Yes, KAIA can remember size preferences and previous interactions. Without CRM integration: We store user inputs temporarily, based on local privacy regulations (e.g. session duration or consent-based storage).

Are SAIZ solutions accessible for users with disabilities?

Yes. All SAIZ solutions are fully compliant with EU accessibility standards. Our interface works with screen readers and is designed to be inclusive across a wide range of assistive technologies.

How is SAIZ priced?

Are there any specific integration requirements?

No, SAIZ is built to be flexible. You can provide your product and fit data from any source: Excel, PLM, ERP, or any other data format or system. No need for perfectly formatted files upfront; we take care of organizing the data to prepare it for integration.

How long does integration take?

Recommender: On average, 3–8 weeks from project kick-off. | SAIZ Charts: Typically, 2–3 weeks from kick-off, instant if another SAIZ extension is already integrated. | Automatic Nudges (PDP): Instant or 1 day, if another SAIZ extension is already in place. | Checkout Nudges: Instant or 1 day, if another SAIZ extension is already in place. | KAIA (Chatbot): Usually 2–4 weeks, depending on setup and requirements. *Note: If the Recommender is already live, other solutions can often be integrated faster, as they build on the same data infrastructure.
